Me: my pc has died. Nothing works any more!
Windows service: what do you mean? Has it switched off or has it frozen?
Me: all it's frozen, all I can see is a big red cross and an error message.
Windows service: have you tried to reboot it?
Me: how can I reboot it if everything is frozen???
Windows service: yea, you're actually right. Well, unplug it.
Me: what? Are you kidding me?
Windows service: No, just unplug it or switch the power button off, this is the only way to reboot it if all is frozen.
Me: okay.
[rebooting...]
Me: done. Okay, seems like working now.

Me: WAIT!
Windows service: What?
Me: it's all frozen again
Windows service: Well, GET A MAC.
